  • Channel Sales Rep

    Responsibilities
    Be creative and implement activities to contact new channel partners and generate new business.
    Work closely and effectively with channel sales management on planning and execution of a sales strategy.
    Assist in maintaining an accurate, reliable and predictable sales opportunity pipeline/forecast.
    Follow up with and qualify sales leads and manage channel sales process for customers to convert opportunities to orders.
    Develop strong professional relationships with distributor partners, particularly partners purchasing teams.
    Continuously review all channel sales activities, processes and targets to maximize results.
    Requirements
    Previous experience of channel sales or channel customer management in security or IT industries.
    Knowledge of IP networking technologies and products such as video, data, audio and security.
    Ability to work with both independently and as a team player on complex tasks.
    Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
    Highly organized and self-motivated.
    Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with excellent presentation skills.
  • Project Pre-Sales Engineer

    Responsibilities
    Maintain knowledge of all product offerings to analyze specific requirements and provide accurate solutions to customers.
    Provide quality marketing support to sales manager with a high degree of technical expertise and timeliness.
    Engage with customer’s engineering team to ensure that the tailored solutions are technically assured and deliverable.
    Research, resolve, and respond to customer questions received via telephone or email.
    Provide technical presentations or product promotion trainings.
    Support bids for sales opportunities.
    Requirements
    Previous experience of pre-sales technical support/project design in security or IT industries.
    Knowledge of IP networking technologies and products such as video, data, audio and security.
    Organized and Capable of detailed planning, tracking and analysis of projects.
    Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
    Be self-driven with the ability to take initiative.
    Excellent in verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
