Normally the order for standard products will be processed 4-6 business days to be ready for delivery. We use UPS, DHL or TNT to facilitate the delivery of small quantity orders to overseas customers. The delivery time will be 3-5 business days depending on the destination after the order leaves our facilities. For larger quantity orders, we work with the freight forwarder authorized by us or customer for the delivery of shipment.

Multimode fiber has a relatively large light carrying core, usually 62.5 microns or larger in diameter. It is usually used for short distance transmissions with LED based fiber optic equipment. Single-mode fiber has a small light carrying core of 8 to 10 microns in diameter. It is normally used for long distance transmissions with laser diode based fiber optic transmission equipment. Here are the main differences:

This depends on the application. Multimode fiber will normally allow transmission distances of up to about 3 km and will allow the use of relatively inexpensive fiber optic transmitters and receivers. There will be bandwidth limitations of a few hundred MHz per Km of length. For CCTV this will be fine but for high speed data transmission it may not be.
Singlemode fiber on the other hand will be useful for long distance transmission from 20 km to 120 km but will require the use of singlemode transmitters (which normally use solid-state laser diodes). The stricter requirements of the small core size of singlemode fiber and the higher cost of these optical emitters mean that single-mode equipment can be relatively more expensive. Also singlemode optics may be compatible with multimode fiber cable but multimode optics are not compatible with singlemode fiber cable.
Multimode fiber optic transmitters and receivers allow transmission distances from 500 m to 5 km depending on different models while singlemode converters are designed to extend the distance over single core fiber up to 120 km (Other distance options of laser diode modules are 20/40/60/80/100 km).
